Our world is dying, our industrial activities, our agriculture, our social life and more generally our civilization generate carbon in quantity. It endangers our ecosystem, destroys the environment and warms the earth, the one and only habitable planet we know of. We have an extremely important social responsibility. It is our collective duty to protect this planet for future generations. At Lonchemin, environmental concerns are at the heart of our concerns. We don’t have the hypocrisy to say that our products are all designed in an environmentally friendly way, we still have a lot of progress to make in this area. Our clients come from all over the world and its very international. For this reason our carbon impact is important. However, since our inception we have initiated an ambitious plan: The zero impact plan.
From start to finish, we offset all the carbon that is emitted by our activities. From manufacturing to delivery. For each purchase, we calculate the carbon impact of your delivery and we compensate for it. This compensation takes several forms, we give money to ecological companies, we plant trees, and work for short circuits and development of organic agriculture.
