a beautiful engraving takes a little time, for creations subject to personalization, the delivery times are as follows:

– European Union :
delivery via dhl express is free, you will receive your order within seventeen working days of placing your order.

– outside the European Union (customs fees and taxes included):
delivery via dhl express is free, you will receive your order within twenty working days of placing your order.
there will be no additional costs when your package arrives, customs and taxes are our responsibility.

outside the European Union, we can deliver to the following countries: United States, Switzerland, China, United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia .

if you ordered from the European Union: you have 60 days to return your product upon receipt of your order. the return is offered to you. you will find a return coupon in your package.
if you have ordered outside the European Union: you have 60 days to return your creations per gram upon receipt of your order. the return is offered to you. Write to us to let us know the reasons for your return by e-mail to via the contact page, upon receipt of your e-mail, we will send you a return coupon to print and stick on your package.
